I 'm a retired cell biologist and medical school professor. I've been married to the same wonderful woman for 50 years. I have two grown children and four lively grandchildren.

I have always enjoyed taking pictures, but with the advent of digital photography I have become an addict. I use a Canon 20D, which is as good as its reputation.

I use my camera as a memory device, a way of recording the world. Mostly I photograph biology, as epitomized by my family, birds, plants, animals, bugs.

I mostly takepictures in and around Millstone, the historic NJ town in which I live, and elsewhere in and around NJ and its beautiful parks.
