SO, here are and will be lots and lots of photos and documents regarding families and people among the branches of the Metzgar family,upwards into the Bird, Weaver, and Hall families especially. Also you will find Sheckler, Putt, Berkstresser and Claggett, as well as more recent Lippa, Massanopoli, Bowling and Hurnyak families. Like I said, lots of stuff.

I'm just going to dump images here, with info when I can verify it (but I will err on the side of caution in misidentifying someone, some notes on the backs of these photos are wrong and don't match up with dates and ages the person should be). Within a year I'd like to have a dedicated website up, to be more comprehensive and individual.

I'm trying to upload "in order of appearance", which is to say the older data goes up first. But since some of it is concurrent (David Weaver was gold mining while Gustavus Bird was preaching) it will jump around a bit.

I have most of the scanning done, but some will need to be reshot b/c the focus isn't best for print reproduction, though you can't notice it here.
