I’m a Eugene, Oregon photographer drawn to images with presence, atmosphere, and a strong sense of place. I shoot portraits, candid people, sports, street scenes, landscapes, flowers, and close-up detail – always chasing light, gesture, texture, and the small moments that make a frame feel alive.

My current Sony kit includes the FE 50-150mm F2 GM, FE 100-400mm F4.5-5.6 GM OSS, FE 100mm F2.8 Macro GM OSS, and the RX1R II – still one of my favorite cameras for its compact full-frame design and intimate 35mm perspective. I’m also thinking about adding a 24mm GM for interiors, cityscapes, travel, landscapes, and environmental work – including low-light spaces like jazz clubs.

I’m drawn to photographs that feel honest but a little elevated — clean compositions, strong color, good bokeh when it helps, and enough context to tell a story.
