Inverness County C@P Network Society (ICCNS) was incorporated in 2002 as the umbrella organization for all C@P Sites in our county. ICCNS acts as a receptacle to manage projects and support funds available through C@P Site Initiatives, with Federal and Provincial levels and other sources. There are 13 C@P Sites and two Eastern Counties Regional Libraries within Inverness County to assist the community and visitors with Internet access, access to information and communication technology and ICT training needs. Some of these sites have been operating since 1997 and moved from schools to community, art, or interpretive centers.

The Inverness County C@P Network Society is a non-profit organization committed to the social, economic and cultural development of their communities through the use of information technology. The members of the society are C@P Chairs or their designate. It is comprised of an executive and directors who serve as a network for their sites. Their objective is to support and enhance services for it’s members.
