Quinn has she has virtually stripped the City Council of the democratic process; she uses millions of dollars in discritionary funds to control votes; she has abandoned the city's system of checks and balances by serving as Bloomberg's Deputy Mayor; she has killed several bills that have a veto-proof majority in the Council because Bloomberg and her real estate developer donors don't support them; she was exposed for illegally using City employees during her last campaign; she allocated millions of dollars to fake charities, doled them out in exchange for political favors and lied about it; she's being investigated by the U.S. Attorney's office.
