I live in west Wales, about a mile from the sea and beaches of beautiful Cardigan Bay. Landscape and abstracts are my main interests and I like to juxtapose the natural with human influence, as well as making the most of shape, colour and texture in not-so-obviously photogenic or picturesque subjects.

I have used various Canon, Nikon and Olympus cameras, but for the past 10 years a Fujifilm system with their excellent lenses. Most recently I find the iPhone and Lightroom Mobile are more readily at hand, many spontaneous photographic opportunities being more easily captured, in RAW with the Lightroom camera or the Halide II app, of course.

As an enthusiastic member of New Quay Camera Club I find the regular meetings and activities help to inspire me and provide a great forum to look at other members' work and discuss techniques and locations.
