My subjects are varied, I look mostly for the quality of light, and color more so than the subject itself. The photographers whose work I admire are probably considered to be 'Classic' in style: With B&W ; Ansel Adams, the Westons (Brett and Cole) AAron Siskind , and Minor White; in color, Joel Meyerwitz,, Eggleston, and Stephen Shore. In portraiture I most admire Dorthea Lange, and Newman, and Penn; in humor Elliot Erwitt. but there are so many many more. When all is said and done it still remains: Light and Shadow.,
