Born in the Ohio Valley Hospital in Wheeling West Virginia on Jan 23rd 1943. Retired to the North Carolina Mountains in 1995. Lived and worked as an electrical engineer for IBM and OSHA in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Retired in 1993 from OSHA and moved to Hayesville, NC. Have spent my time both in South Florida and North Caroline as a guitar player and singer working in lounges for over 45 years. Retired from music two years ago. I got into oil painting and have posted my art of flickr under "davidbruce68" photostream. Served in the US Air Force during Vet-Nam war in the 1960's. Also did USO shows for the military during this period including doing shows next to the North Pole. Enjoy reliving my years growing up in Wheeling in the late 1950's when Wheeling was at her best.
