Additionally, the office spaces are across the street from Trader Joe’s which makes snacks and client treats easy to grab. Each suite has a refrigerator, so keeping items fresh for later is not a problem. Need caffeine? Unurban Café coffee house is actually a 4 Production Space tenant in the building, on the corner! Never lose your buzz with coffee and espresso literally steps away!

With easy on/easy off access to the 10 Freeway (Santa Monica Fwy) at the Centinela Ave. exit, 4 Production Space office space is convenient for all production and creative team members.

All the tools you need for Production or Post Production as each suite comes with a Laser Printer and Fax machine. Plus, there is access to an Industrial High Speed Color Copier ready to print out your most demanding jobs – scripts, storyboards, pre-pro books – Never send a PA to Kinko’s again!

Enjoy a working environment in temperature controlled suites while you upload, download, or just surf the internet at T3 speeds (Wi-Fi or Hard Wired). Also, each suite has its own alarm system monitored by ADT. Upon beginning your rental period, you are given the 4-digit alarm code that YOU choose.
