Few people are fortunate enough to experience life in such a remarkable place as Molokai. Its obvious attributes include a warm tropical temperature and unparalleled beauty. Molokai also holds a special historical significance from ancient times through current years. But, aside from that, it also has its own special Spirit of Aloha! From the first time I set foot on this island, I knew I would never again be the same. For Molokai had left an impression in my mind, and in my soul, and created a burning desire to know more about this place I am proud to say is my home.

We built a small round bamboo house on the west end of the island. It was handcrafted by a village in Vietnam and sent to us in a container to Hawaii. We love our little bamboo home...life is good !

I am now a full time artist and jewelry designer. My creations are sold under the name Makamae O Molokai on Etsy, Ebay and a local gallery downtown Kaunakakai called Kalele Bookstore and Divine Expressions.
