Thank you for visiting my photostream and welcome to my attempt at photography. I am an amateur photographer based in ‘The Big Tree County’, Perthshire, Scotland.

 

Here you will find a collection of some my favourite photographs, taken by me over the last few years. The advent of digital photography has rekindled my appetite for taking photographs.

 

My interests for subject matter are wide and eclectic, ranging from flora, fauna and some landscapes, to classic cars, tractors, trucks and aircraft. I do love recording the events of our Scottish competitive highland games, hopefully showing and promoting the dedication, commitment and effort of the participating athletes, dancers and musicians.

 

Whatever the subject I have tried to achieve simple, pleasing images whilst portraying the subjects in their natural light, colour and environment. I tend only to use photoshop to rescue an image from the bin!
