I was recently dragged kicking & screaming over the 40 yr milestone.. nooooooo!

I've been married for (oh my goodness) 22 years this Nov.. The secret to a happy marriage? A husband that travels for work, heh heh.

I have 4 children ages 22, 20, 14 and 4 - yes I'm insane, but fertile. The three eldest are boys and the baby is a girl - finally!

I've been quilting for about 10 years, but not well until a few years ago. All of my early junky quilts were given away as baby gifts to close friends who were obligated to say they loved them and keep them forever.

I absolutely LOVE learning new techniques and then ways to cheat at them. I love all things whimsical and colorful. I did a little happy dance when I learned the term "wonky" cause it explains away all my mistakes. My favorite colors are orange, purple, pink and yellow. I love the beach and my 50 pairs of flip flops - who needs real shoes? I like to say that I work out, but mostly that's just talk. I also love yoga.I am obsessed with coffee & mugs.
