Lisa, Lisa, Lisa.... What can I say... oh there are somethings that are best kept between us. Lisa is the most wonderful person, she's kind, generous, extremely talented and so much fun. She has definitely found her 'calling' in photography. I feel every one of her photos, it's not just an image, its a full range of emotions experienced. The Kenya photos are worth the peruse, it will make you feel as though you were there with her, it is a stunning, breath taking and vibrant collection. To be completely honest, her beauty is genuine like no other I have seen, which in turn radiates through her photography. So much to love. I can't wait to see her photos on National Geographic! XOX!! :)

hmmm , i think its about time i told the world what i think of our pixchick . lisa is a very good flickr contact to have , shes very good with comments on my pics even though i know some of those are shite!! shes always happy to go through however many images shes missed on my stream when shes been away which sometimes can be shitloads . she takes better pictures every time i view her stream which is always full of refreshing original ideas ,especially her self-portraits which i find simply great . shes come a long way in a very short time since i first met her photography wise. shes also a great friend whom ive spoken too a good few times and very excitable !! i think what i like most about pixxls persona is the utmost honesty and care that comes from her comments and pictures . shes a good-un is our lisa , and she dont mind showing her arse in the name of art ! bonus .....hehehe. heres to you lisa , have fun carryin on carryin on . and i meant it what i told yah about that photography idea .....come on cornwall , come try my lenses for size . oh yeah and shes pretty cute for a paddy ;0)

I'm writing here the first testimonial on Flickr...and obviously this is for Lisa, since she's one of the first important contact I had when I started to upload my shots. Every time I look to a shot, my first (obvious) question is: "what is transforming this two-dimensional piece of paper into a three-dimensional image that yanks at my heartstrings?" Basically, when browsing Lisa's portfolio, the answer is: "her". Lisa and her character is always present in every single shot. Look at it in this way: a photograph that does not evoke emotions or feelings in the viewer has robbed the viewer: Lisa is not just 'documenting' or 'pointing and shooting'...she touches the hearts of those who have not experienced what she's seeing. Nevertheless...what comes from the heart goes to the earth...

I'm very happy that I came across Lisa's work here on Flickr. She is a breathe of fresh air from all the rest I've seen. I absolutely adore her work. She never ceases to amaze me how well she can capture the moment, the emotion, the love of life, the mystery, and the magic of life as she sees it. She somehow is always able to convey the mystique of her subject and this sense of mystery is what always makes you come back for more with anticipation of what is to come. She is a very sweet and very caring person and always has a kind word. She is well deserving of lots of *bling*. She's a wonderful photographer as can be so readily apparent on her stream and the sense of life that she conveys in her photos is much needed from the mediocre and the humdrum that sometimes is seen on Flickr.
