Hi All,

I am a PhD student studying Statistics in the US. I am originally from a small village in India.

I bought a Nikon D3000 in November (Thanksgiving Sale), 2010 and two lenses (AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR and AF-S DX Zoom-NIKKOR 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED, later adding Sigma 70-300mm F4-5.6 APO DG Macro to the set). So I am really new to digital photography. But I am keen on learning. I would appreciate anyone pointing out my mistakes and giving me suggestions and expert advice on how to improve.
