Q: WHEN IS A CHURCH MORE THAN JUST BRICK AND MORTAR?

A: WHEN THE PEOPLE OF THE CHURCH DECIDE TO PROVIDE FOR THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND DISADVANTAGED WITH A WARM MEAL IN A ENVIRONMENT THAT IS SAFE AND FRIENDLY.

BLCF Café was established in January 2008 and operated under the auspices of BLCF Church, BLCF Café feeds 100+ homeless and marginalized people every Wednesday evening,(over 5,000 a year). BLCF Café has the following mandate:

Provide all guests with a nourishing meal To treat our guests with dignity & respect Augment meals with music & fellowship Establish significant relationships Share the Gospel of Jesus in word and deed.
