I love to sew and quilt. I am slowly building up my stash but have come to a point where I am happy with the collection I have.

I have way too many WIP's sitting around. I enjoy making smaller things like pillows and minis, it gives me a sense of accomplishment when I finish in a short time versus working on a quilt forever. I love rainbows and gray. Wonky drives me crazy. I prefer some kind of symmetry or balance, it soothes me. Angela Walters and Rachel of Stitched in Color are two of my favorite quilting heroes, although there are many others in blogland whose work I also admire.

LIKES: bold, bright, modern, colorful, text prints, solids, scrappy, turquoise, yellow, gray or linen as a background, symmetry or balance in a design, rainbow, low volume, solids mixed with prints

DISLIKES: batiks, japanese lecien shabby chic cutesy style is not me, wonky, orange as a main color or orange paired with blue, too much black.
