One cannot visit Colorado without feeling the awe, wonder and spirit of this natural, yet delicate world. Our majestic mountains and endless plains provide us with an open invitation to explore and experience one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Being born and raised in Wisconsin and Ohio gave me an appreciation for colorful seasons. After visiting Colorado several times, I fell in love with the Mountains and the changing seasons and decided to move here. The Tri-Lakes area is just spectacular and allows us to appreciate Colorado’s splendor on a local level. From our grand mountain vistas like Mt. Herman to the seemingly endless open spaces, we are all truly blessed with this beautiful area and small town feel.

While the seasons here seem short, the beauty in each season is incredibly intense, powerful and colorful, from bright yellows and reds in fall to deep captivating whites of winter, not to mention the many colors of Colorado wildflowers. The goal of my photography is to look at nature creatively, with respect and to allow it to take me on a journey. I enjoy capturing the emotion and feel of an area and try to convey that in my photography.
