I am The Potato Lord, and I like to build creations out of my Lego sets. This Flickr page is home to these creations.

My builds tend to stay relatively simple, at least compared to a lot of other builds here on flickr. Despite this, I try to give them enough detail to look nice and not undercooked. While I would love to make something gigantic or super-detailed, I simple do not have the means, since my Lego collection mainly consists of Bionicle elements, and I don't have a lot of money for buying bricks.

I love Ninjago and japanese architecture, so a lot of my Mocs are ninja temples or dojos. Still, I try to give them each a different vibe or theme.

Some of my earlier flickr photos are actually some of my first mocs in general that aren't digital. These two are totally different styles, so it's hard when you're working with limited pieces, annoying things like structure and stability, and proper photography. So excuse the lower quality of some of my earlier builds, I have been working hard to improve.

I love to build because it lets me express a visual, a joke, a cool concept, or an idea in a physical form that I can see and touch, and share with others. To me, Lego isn't about only building something big or cool looking, it's about building something fun.
