Hello, my name is Mark and I currently live in Leicestershire,England. I would describe myself as a very keen amateur photographer always trying to improve on my photographic techniques.

My wildlife interests started when I was a young teenager and 30+ years on still remains my main interest closely followed by photography. Nature has always been a part time interest outside work rather than a profession.

Great photos are not necessarily obtained with the most sophisticated camera equipment in my view; it’s achieved by someone with a camera and the talent to “freeze” a moment in time, which then becomes different from everything else.
