i'm 23.

just figuring out life i guess..

my first memories with photography are of scrapbooking with matriarchs on the maternal side of my family. my mom, aunt and grandmother all went really deep into capturing and preserving our family which they shared with myself, my sister and my cousin... my little brothers even dabbled but they were a bit too young. they would make sure to get 5 copies of every photo they developed so we can all share in the creative archiving. lots of stickers and paper cutouts.

my coolest birthday party was probably the "Scrapbooking Party." my mom got everyone each their own disposable camera which we played with for hours. my mom then took them to the one-hour photo place (that actually developed the photos in one hour) and brought back our photos. she then gave each person their own scrapbook and all the papers, stickers you could imagine. nice quality stuff too. everyone got to go home with their creation.

got my first dslr last 2 years ago after i went to iceland for a photography internship.

well my AMAZING boyfriend got me into photography..

he's so creative and his stream is freaking fantastic, check it :)

so anyways, i'm saving up for my first slr.. almost there!

i still have much to learn and i can't wait.
