I enjoy all aspects of the natural world, but my passion is mycology. Since connecting with mushrooms several decades ago in western Montana, they have gradually taken over much of my life. They are my focus when I explore the wilds wherever that might be. I now live in the northeast corner of Washington State surrounded by a wild and sparsely populated landscape dominated by the Selkirk Mountains and the Pend Oreille River. Most of my images will be of fungi, but other subjects may make their way into the stream as well.
