I am originaly from South-Africa and emigrated to White Rock, Brittish Columbia in December 2007.Photography is not totally new to me.I was always fascinated by this art form, but never realy had the time to explore it.

I was always moved and inspired by beautiful nature photography of my very good friends Ester and Gert in South- Africa.

Opportunity to take up my DREAM hobby came knocking on my door when my dear husband bought me a NIKON d300s in July 2009.I am only using a 17-50mm TAMRON lens at this point in time which limits my creativity , but I see it as a challenge to make do with what I have until I can afford to enlarge my lens collection.

Flickr is one of my most helpfull aids to try and improve my photograpy.I am so inspired by all the wonderfull photos that gets posted every day and are amazed at the creativity of the members.I am enjoying every moment of my journey!!
