Back in 2009 we opened Baroque Bistro Patisserie at The Rocks in Sydney - a venture that had been 35 years in the making - combining cutting-edge pastry and classic French cuisine.
Alongside classic french-inspired dishes and avant garde desserts, we pour from an extensive wine selection and mix some exquisite cocktails.
The bistro offers relaxed, affordable dining in a prime position - the perfect restaurant for eating out at The Rocks with friends, entertaining clients, an afternoon treat, or for showcasing Sydney Harbour to visitors.
Come and view the desserts being handmade on-site in an open plan pastry kitchen, and then try our Macarons, straight from the source, available to take away or have in with a coffee.
