I paint using the styles and techniques of JMW Turner, Ivan Aivazovsky and Thomas Harrison Hair. Plus many others and mixed with my own style. Mostly watercolours, but increasingly I am using traditional oils.

I began painting watercolours 5 years ago, to distract me from painful health problems.

I've been teaching myself oil painting, for the last year.

I often paint watercolours of landscapes, seascapes, buildings, and some from Victorian photos.

I am down to pinhole vision in one eye - and that is deteriorating, so using that to the max.
