All of my mosaic pieces reflect my concern with our environment and the impact we have disposing of waste materials that can be recycled and reused. As I tour the local junk emporiums and recycle depot ( my favorite mall is the DUMP) a discarded thing will jump out at me and scream to taken home and remade into art. Much of my art is functional as well as nice to look at or play with.
