I have been fascinated by photography since the age of 8. My first camera was an Agfa Box, that produced 6X9 frames, with 120 film. I have used many cameras and tried to take good photos all along. I am not what you'd call a good (amateur) photographer but I try hard.

My background is in physics and this helped me understand the principles involved. My most favorite subjects are nature, wooden boats, seascapes, street photography, portraits, and much more... I shot most of my photos during trips within Greece which I find particularly interesting for photography. Most of the photos I have uploaded were shot with Canon EOS cameras, film or digital. Just a few were shot with my (stolen in 1993) Pentax film camera.
