I am a hetro crossdresser in my 50's, who would like to talk with other girls in the same position. I would describe myself as a conservative girl that loves classy clothes but equally I am not against fashion. I can’t cook to save my life so I do most of the housework, laundry and ironing to help compensate – dressed whenever possible of course. I try to become myself at least once week, although even this is not always possible. I am constantly jealous of the great looking girls that go out, I just don't have the opportunity or self-confidence. I am no oil painting, and neither do I have any photo enhancing programmes so; what you see is what you get.

I adore; Lingerie, perfume, heels, ball gowns, dresses and the classy & demure look. Being given flowers – especially roses (what girl doesn’t). I like; Having smooth legs and wearing comfortable shoes (we can’t wear heels all the time) and especially my slippers at night. I like skirts and my jeans when the need arises. I do like the winter months so my boots and calf length skirts can come out to play – this always looks classy. Most of all I like shopping for clothes and shoes but hate not being able to try anything on in the stores. I do like having a laugh and often at my own expense.

I dislike; My figure – I am one dress smaller on the bottom and this really makes finding a good fitting dress difficult. I hate; My skin and the damage that make-up does to it, hence the limited use and the lack of enthusiasm to post portrait photos. I have suffered terribly over the years despite all the treatments, even from the doctors. I feel resentment towards those women that never dress nicely or even worse never wear a skirt or dress. We “Girls” long to feel nice in our clothes and these women simply can’t be bothered!! It seems that the world is so unfair to us. I don’t expect people to wear their best clothes at the time; we all need some down time in our comfy clothes. There is nothing worst in my opinion than a GG wearing sloppy jeans and a baggy T-shirt when going out.

A few simple (femme) pleasures in life are all I truly desire; being able just to sit or potter around in the garden for starters, especially on a warm summers’ day. I would also dearly love to be able to wander around some of many wonderful stately/country houses and their gardens that we have in this country. I would like to feel confident enough about my looks to venture out but as the years have gone by I feel I have left it somewhat too late.

To those dear and very close friends I have made; THANK YOU for your support, warmth and love. It was just what a girl needs in our little corner of this world. xx
