I started out as a photographer for my high school newspaper and yearbook, shooting Tri-X 400 on a medium format TLR and a 35mm rangefinder. I bought my first SLR, a 35mm Mamiya, in college and shot a lot during those years as well including some portfolio work for my school. After college, work and family intervened, and most of my photography was of the family/holiday/travel snapshot variety, film and later digital point and shoot. When I retired, I decided to take photography back up as a hobby, and fell in love all over again, but now digital was in full swing, so I bought my first DSLR and was off to the races. Several years in, I bought a used M43 camera purely on a lark, and now shoot M43 80+% of the time. The other 20% is a mix of APS-C, 35mm film, and digital point and shoot. I'm having a blast!
