1947 – Foundation of nankai Worsted sinning Co. LTD in Osaka jointly with Suminoe Orimano Va. Ltd and Takashimaya Lida Co. Ltd

1949 – Listed at Osaka and Tokyo sttock exchange

1972 – Establishment of Marnan Wool Industries Pty. Ltd in Australia

1984 – Jointed Partner of Malaysia Top Making Mills Sdn Bhd in Malaysia

1987 – Establishment of Thai Wool Industries

Co. Ltd in Thailand

1988 – Establishment of Nankai Worsted Spinning

(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia

1994 – Establishment of Nankai Worsted Spinning

(Terengganu) Sdn Bhd at Kuala Terengganu, Malaysia

1999 – Cancellation of technical assistance agreement to both Malaysia Topmaking Mill (MKM) and Thai Wool Industries (TWI) liquidation of Marnan Wool Industries.

2001 – Head office moved to current office in Fushimimachi, Osaka.

2003 - Court- guided Rehabilitation plan approved on 25 Dec

2006 - Terminate civil Rehabilitation procedure on 1 Aug

2006 - Michell Pty Ltd. jointed partner of Nankai Worsted Spinning (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia

Aktiviti Perniagaan/Business Activity = Mengeluarkan benang bulu biri –biri/Produce Wool Yarn (Wool Top dan Wool Yam).
