I'm Norwegian, living outside Rome for the last year with my Italian husband, and I love it! Finally I have all the time in the world to craft, create, experiment and design. I grew up in a small village where my parents by need daily used their skills in all kind of crafts. My mother taught me how to sew, knit and crochet, among other housely things. My father taught me how to fish, climb a mountain, and set tiles, do carpentry, paint and anything else you need to know about building a house.

My education made me a fashion designer, but I’ve always worked with interior.

Now I create quality crochet, knitting and other patterns, jewlery, buttons and papercraft.

In 2005 me and my even moore creativ colleague and friend, Anne-Marie, gave out a book named ; Papirnostalgi(norweginan) in english; Papernostalgia. In this book we presented the history of paper and a lot off samples and models made from all sorts of paper, including patterns. The book are long gone from the editor, but we are presenting some of the photos here at Flickr.
