You may use a photo of mine for a non-commercial (meaning no buying or selling) facebook page, but prior autorization and the courtesy of a credit line will be appreciated. Any commercial use or transfer to any other web site without my direct authorization and prior compensation will not be authorized. If I find it I will send a notice of a DMCA violation to the host along with a takedown demand.

I'm not trying to be an A-hole, but I'm starting to see people lifting my work off of Flickr, and I'm trying to maintain the value of my work, and ultimately the work of photographers everywhere.
