Eilis Bergin is a Presentation Sister who lives at Fethard, Co. Tipperary. Her ministries have included teaching, human development, travel, retreat giving, coaching and leadership. She lives in community and believes firmly in the power of the Eucharist in our lives.

Her values reflect the wholesomeness of a great family and the world wide community. That community is underpinning a life of togetherness, simplicity, creation of a suitable space, commonality, love, sharing our brokenness, appreciating simple things and awareness.

Following diagnosis of Parkinson's seven years ago, she found she had to go deeper and find meaning in a whole new situation. It had made her more aware of world situations ie. pain and suffering, the need to pull on our resources, the beauty of God's creation, the mystery of being human, the isolation of illness and the resilience of people.

Her many interests include music, art, people, fashion and design.
