Over the last years, digital photography has become one of my favourite pastimes (I am old enough to appreciate the distinct advantages over film). My "toy box" consists of

- Canon 50 mm f 1.4

- Canon 70 - 200 mm f 4.0 L non IS

- Canon 100 mm f 2.8 L Macro

- Canon 17 - 40 mm L f 4.0

- Canon EOS 5D II

Next to my tripod I am using a Gorillapod Focus for long exposures. I am quite happy with all my gear and would recommend it without hesitation.

All my pictures are to some extent post processed using the RAW converter from Adobe PS CS 4 (typically cropping, contrast, colours, white balancing) but in general not more than fine-tuning.

I joined flickr in October 2010. What I like about flickr is the sheer amount of excellent pictures from people from all over the world which I find very inspiring.
