I am a post-capitalist, progressive, anti-Islamist (the ideology not the religion), historian with an eclectic interest in the world, a voracious reading habit, a love of beer and perhaps occasional nargilla and the outdoors. I am violently egalitarian and individualist in my politics. I am anti-fundamentalist, nationalist. I speak (or have learned) five languages(Spanish, Italian, Hebrew, Russian, Arabic) and was formerly a bank employee and graduate student (PhD), now a journalist and writer. I like exotic foods and enjoy the good life.
