Our Foundry has specific space and modern equipments for sculpting, mold making, metal finishing, welding, sand- blasting and all the other interrelated activities. Our casting department itself has a spacious working area of 2100 sq ft with an overhead Crain facility covering the entire area and the capacity to cast 500 kg of metal at a time.

SAND CASTING

The green sand available in the plains of Rajasthan is supposed to be the best one for sand casting. Rajasthan has its own typical sand casting tradition, in which molasses is the medium of binding. It has been improvised through the ages and has become an exquisite one. We follow the same with our own scientific and artistic touch, fostering quality and consistency, as it is cost- effective and quality bound.

LOST WAX CASTING

This method has been practiced by the sculptors all over the world since the beginning of the ancient civilization. It has been improvised all throughout the ages and now it has become widely accepted as the finest method in the World. Today, this traditional process varies from foundry to foundry. We have an exclusive technique in making investments which brings better results in its details in less cost.

CERAMIC SHELL CASTING

We also practice the most advanced technique of casting called "Ceramic shell casting", followed by the modern fine art foundries of Europe. Ours is the only fine art foundry in India, which practices the same for bringing high precision and clarity.

PATINATION

The foundry offers variety of colors through various patinas. By choosing from our different patinas a sculptor can attain the required finish for his creation, as it is the final touch.
