Jack of all trades...master of a few....Born in Stansted,Essex In1952....went to school there ...passed nothing..I left in 1968......I started work at STN airport to train as a chef...got city and guilds for catering.....then became SECURITY dog handler......never to go back into catering...I have now worked for the same airline handling firm since 1981....REDUNDANT AS OF 26 APRIL 2011....moved to Clacton on Sea about 1986.....I still cook at home, it's something I could go back to when baggage handling gets to much for my knees.. .looking forward to the day I dont have to go to work anymore.....I have only been without work for 3 months since I left school in 1968 and that was my dooing.......not bad for an idiot.....Well it looks like it is back to my old job....I start as assistant Chef on the 9th may 2011.......now retired 2017 and moved to Ecclefechan Scotland in August 2018 and living the dream.
