Since 2009 I own a Canon 450D, I still have to get used to the digital world of photography, this is a huge step. For over 10 years I took photos with my 35mm Minolta SLR.

My favourite photographers are Helmut Newton and Andreas Gursky.

I like geometry, wildlife, abtract pictures, fashion photography and pictures that show your view of the world and not the world as it is (which is impossible anyway) - I am a linguist and I like the idea of contructivism that we all create our own reality in our head.

If you change letters in my name it makes interesting nick names: Rasemarie is a very fast or rushed Marie, Reisemarie is a traveling Marie.
