The Pan-African News Wire is an electronic press agency founded in January of 1998. It grew out of the work of the Pan-African Research & Documentation Project which is designed to promote research and analyses into the history, culture and political affairs of African peoples on the continent and around the globe. Since 1998, the Pan-African News Wire has published thousands of articles, photos, editorials and research reports in hundreds of publications and web sites throughout the international community.
