Mother, wife, friend, grandmother ,aunt, gardener, cook, baker, water colorist, glass artist, ,teacher, jeweler, photographer ,the eternal student, always wanting to know more....sooooo much to learn ...sooooo little time.

I grew up in Bavaria with a grandmother who introduced me to the joys and wonders of the garden at a very early age and have always loved being in the amazing outdoors ever since I can recall... ...I love digging in the soil, and find it rewarding ,great way to focus and create positive energy and release the negative !

My past years were involved with Galleries in the Savannah area, as a glass artist working primarily with hot glass, fusing and using a torch for one of a kind personal glass adornments... two years at Georgia Southern University with Professor Christina Lemon in metals taught me how to implement the glass adornments with fine silver and gold enclosures.

I'm no longer in a gallery setting but still create my art and enjoy having more time to spend with family..life is too short to spend it working ALL the time!

Drawing and painting are my FIRST LOVE especially portraits of people and flowers in watercolor, a few located in my stream for your viewing in my ART galleries . EVERY face tells a story.

Photography has always been a joy and I never leave my house with out a camera of some kind ! Maybe one day when things slow down here I'll take a few classes to learn more and refine my skills in this beautiful creative art, that would be wonderful ! But for now......

I am a full time gardener and so many more other things LOL (I wear MANY HATS) and am SLAMMED in the summer months so it may take a few days for me to go to your stream, in some cases weeks or a month lol...again many thanks for your understanding.

I sincerely appreciate you adding me as a contact but may not reciprocate if you have an incredible amount of contacts on your profile and never bother to visit....How can you possibly support one another! Also I can't accept too many contacts as I know the time frame during the warmer months will limit me commenting on your streams due to my work schedule..not that I don't want to ...I always do my best to visit your streams and return the compliments..

My time is focused first to family ,then work, and I do realize that flickr can become quite addictive!
