To start off with, let me say that I don’t like to describe myself….

I love Beauty, in every form of expression.

Personally speaking, “music” is just one of these expressions and of which I am very keen about,

perhaps because it’s not material, and since it uses pathways of communication that go beyond words. Emotions become the sound of music.

I live at the foot of the Volcano, on an island, and mother nature is my primary necessity.

I consider “Art” as being the “essence” of life, which makes the difference and life itself, worthwhile.

Naturally, “photography” is an essential part of art. My intent is to enable a photograph to speak for itself and to capture whatever the author has admired, expressed and exhibited–with the aid of light.

At times, it’s just simply and easy as “capturing” a memory of a happening, of a location or

a rendezvous.

Premesso che odio descrivermi...

Amo la bellezza, in qualsiasi forma si esprima.

La musica è una delle forme a cui sono più legato, forse perchè è immateriale, e usa canali di comunicazione che vanno al di là delle parole. Emozioni fatte suono.

Vivo ai piedi del vulcano in una città di mare e la natura fa parte delle mie necessità.

Considero l'arte l'essenza della condizione umana, una delle cose decisive per cui la vita valga la pena di essere vissuta.

La fotografia si inserisce in tutto questo, naturalmente. L'immagine che cerco è quella che parla di sè e che racconta ciò che l'autore ha voluto vedere, dire, mostrare, con la complicità della luce. A volte, più semplicemente ( banalmente) il ricordo di un posto, di un'esperienza, di un incontro.
