my home away from home is on Ipernity: vfm4

i'm interested in anything and everything, which makes my Flickr! rather chaotic, but hey, such is life!

8/8/12 - after more than ten years with the Sony Cybershot DSC P-50 and after my phonecam took a bath and died, i yesterday bought a new camera, small enough to keep in my pocket or hand bag, with lots of new possiblilities, a Panasonic DMC-TZ25!

hurray! :-)

i do the best i can with my almost ten year old Sony Cybershot DSC P-50 camera and a little less old Sony Ericsson K750i phonecam... and i try to draw/sketch as much as i can...

thank you thank you thank you and again, thank you, Sheryl, for extending my ProAccount!

please don't

award me

and, please, don't add images to your comments!

Victorie is a dear flickr treasure. Her imagination seems boundless; she doesn't just think outside the box, she lives there. I'm convinced. Her Kabouter series alone is enough to make you want to follow her stream -- but then you get Little Bear, Willem, Rabbit & Co.and 100 Possibilities (although I personally believe… Read more

Her Kabouter series alone is enough to make you want to follow her stream -- but then you get Little Bear, Willem, Rabbit & Co.and 100 Possibilities (although I personally believe her possibilities are infinite)! Her stream is like a mix of Beatrix Potter, A.A. Milne and Edward Lear -- but with a Huge Dash of her own unique wit. Playful and friendly she is, creating Secondary Worlds for the rest of us to inhabit. Thanks, Victorie, for your victorious dreams made real!

Victorie, you are fantastic, taking us into Ele's world, and letting us see from a different perspective. Victorie, you are fantastic, taking us into Ele's world, and letting us see from a different perspective. I want to thank you for all you have done, for your talent, and for your ability to show us a different world. You are the one that got me started in posting on flickr, and I thank you for that. Your assistance with that photo of my mother was such a great thing, and you have no idea how much that meant to me! I just want to say thank you for being you, and for bringing joy to me in so many ways. And I still think you should write a book about Ele :)

What can I say about Victorie? I love her photostream with that constant stream of small and big surprises, her keen eye for detail, her sense of history and tradition. Never seen her 'grijzen'/ 'greys' set? Check it out immediately! But she's also my comrade in arms, my faithful companion. Together we struggle … Read more
