My Flickr account focuses on my Lego hobby.

I broke out of my dark ages in 1999 when Lego introduced Star Wars, two of my favorite toys from childhood. I quickly began building and collecting multiple themes. By 2002 I realized I was not just a collector but even more so a builder. In 2003 I attended my first (Lego) convention, took home three awards, was given a cool nickname 'The Phantom Builder' and I also met Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen- I was now an AFoL!

I grew up playing with space and town sets mostly, some pirates and some trains too, but I am (and was) defiantly a space guy. I have always built within a variety of themes, though over the last couple of years my work has become much more sculptural. I am a co-founder of ILUGNY, the Tri-State area Lego Users Group and continue to be a highly active member of the LUG.
