Like the classic line from the movie 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off', "Life moves pretty fast".

I enjoy sitting quietly and biding my time awaiting the arrival of a butterfly or dragonfly to settle long enough to snap a shot of him/her. Photography for me has become an observation of some of the simpler things in life. Many of my shots are of things up close, different angles, things that maybe a year or so ago I would have not have even looked at, and that is where Flickr has become such a great venue to share, create, inspire and view so many other people's fantastic work.
