Getting back into photography after I retired. I love seeing the beauty that exists in the world and trying to capture it. Macro and nature scenes are my favorites but I love good street photography and black and white. I started taking pictures when I was 7(brownie), got my first serious camera Nikon FM at 16, and have tons of negatives that I am going through, scanning, and posting time to time. I am discovering that photography is an on going process that can be used for self discovery and sharing of love and joy! Cheers to all you fellow photographers! I applaud all of your efforts. I have since 2023 been dealing with health issues and am not responding to posts and faves often, please don't take offense if I don't respond, I may slowly get back to taking images and being part of the flikr community.
