Judy is my favorite bug photographer who interprets her observations of our ecosystem with her telephoto lens. From the first moment I saw her pictures, there was almost an instant connection. Minuscule critters and arachnids grooving on their webs are her signature works. The subjects are always beautifully lit in her distinctive style and I marveled at it all, the concealed new, miniature world she reveals. In my opinion, Judy has accomplished the art of macro picture making. Her unique perspective and skills in accurate focusing on its incredible details are important aspects of learning for me. The kind of magic she creates in every frame is incredibly good and simply hard to match.
