Hey, I'm Lauren.

I moved to Chicago in September 2007 for college; I go to the Illinois Institute of Art- Chicago for graphic design and I'm hoping to get into illustration work, mostly. :)

I guess I'm an amateur photographer, but really I just love the buildings here in Chicago. I was never interested in architecture until I got here. they don't make 'em like they used to. Uptown especially. So awesome. <3

I was raised in Michigan, but I was born in Connecticut. Most of these Connecticut photos on here (as of Jan. 2008) are from my three months there between Michigan and Chicago. (I wasn't sure where I wanted to be. I'm so glad I picked Chicago!)

I am half Italian, and very proud of it. I've been trying to find out everything I can about where my family came from, and so far it's been tough getting it out of my grandpa. But if we share the same last name, feel free to contact me. I speak some Spanish, but no Italian. D: (Hablo un poco Español, pero no hablo Italiano. lo siento!)
