An engineering PhD (yes, I'm STILL studying, mum) candidate. Presently in a forbidding, vast sin-concealing chaotic place plagued by pestilential vapors, diabolical spirits, natural calamity, and human depravity - where the minutiae of my daily life attempts to acquire some intellectual capital. On the path to flinty perfection (or rather, on the flinty path to perfection).

While always associated with affection to the gravitational pull of humanistic emotions, I seem to have, in recent times, swung out of orbit, into deep nonsense - my aloofness is the apotheosis of that drift, at a kind of observational remove from myself. But with just one stab, one fleeting moment of humor, the whole conceit would pop. My relationship with others have always been quiet and calm; never inclined by nature or upbringing to loud displays of emotion - what rouses me from my own dogmatic slumber however, is a glass of chardonnay in one hand, and a zucchini loaf in the other.

Other than that, I'm all good. I think.

All images here were taken with a Nikon D70s DSLR with the exception of the Guitarmaking and Indian sets (these were taken with my almost dead Fuji S5000).
