I am a Tarheel, living in Wisconsin. I have been a "picture taker" for years, but just in the past couple of years have discovered a true passion for photography and more specifically, nature photography. Eventhough I joined Flickr a few years agol I only recently began to upload and share my pics. I have learned so much by looking at all of the beautiful work shared here and am so glad that I discovered the beauty that lies within. The world is truly an enchanting place through the lens of a camera and if I can share a tiny view into that enchantment, then I have accomplished my goal.

Thought it might be time to edit my info. I spent most of 2012 living in Iowa and moved to Florida in April of 2013. I still find my Nikons to be the best therapy in the world and consider myself very blessed to be surrounded by the amazing talent of my wonderful Flickr friends.
