An authentic Italian pizzeria located only yards from our sister restaurant, Bacco Ristorante, Pizzeria Biga offers simple and delicious pizza, antipasti, appetizers, salads and desserts. Chef and proprietor Luciano Del Signore designed Biga to be a place where people can come and enjoy family, friends and a pizza that you could only find in Italy.

At the heart of our restaurant are two specially made wood-burning ovens. This is where fresh, handcrafted pizzas and appetizers are baked to order. Our pizza dough is made from our namesake, biga, a pre-fermented starter, which allows the dough to become light, chewy and flavorful.

Adding to the natural and modern Italian industrial flare of our dining room is the use of bricks, steel and unique art panels reminiscent of the work of abstract sculpture artist Louise Nevelson. Along with our delicious food, wine and 12 Italian beers on tap, our guests are in for an inviting and exciting dining experience.

We also offer carside carry-out service, which includes our bottled beers and wines.
