The central idea of my concentration is to depict the beauty of animals in their natural habitats through different forms of vessels that express how I intrigued I am by their environment and the animals themselves.

By capturing the different positions of animals, I imagine what I can do with the different gestures that the animals create and what is unique about them that humans couldn’t possibly understand. I would like people to see those different gestures of the animal depicted through intersected vessels. I find some way to put them into the vessels that are functional and that people are able to observe as an artwork itself. #?, for example, has intersecting dolphins that which the tails could be used as handles. I try to incorporate different gestures onto vessels such as cups, vases, and bowls so that there are varieties. #?, is an example of a cup that was inspired by another artist. It is functional as a cup in one perspective but once you clip the cup around, you can see a sculpture and not really a cup.
